Stress makes me unhappy

Can I just say that I am stressed and it's not even 9? I find a little irony in my reaction to stress. It seems that often the more stressed I am about a topic, the more I stall.

Like now. Why am I writing this.

Back to work :(

More Procrastination:

"IT just takes a little bit of this,
A little bit of that..."

Yes, in addition to slacking, I am hitting the cheesy Karaoke-worthy tunes.

Dude, I read that as "I.T." takes a little bit of this, a little bit of that. And I totally commisserated for a long moment there. ;)

So then consequently the more you stall the more stressed you get? That pretty much sums up my whole college career.

I found that having a beer at 2am the night before a paper was due (that I hadn't started) really helped the words flow... And those were usually the papers I got the highest grades on. Go figure.

yes, stress is the mind killer! i find it helps just do something, no matter how small, towards the goal. writing a term paper? write down the first word. it helps kill the stress because it makes you feel like you are doing something, and i firmly believe that something is better than nothing. and usually it helps you ease into the rest of it.
