Limitations, the ongoing story

I am feeling that very familiar sensation of being overwhelmed and not having a way to get past the tide rising. At least I can identify that this wave is crashing down on me...

It nears...

"Our arrows will blot out the Sun."

"Then, we shall fight in the shade."


It isn't going to be accurate (the graphic novel wasn't either) but it will be cool.

One way of dealing

Nothing is profound, or everything is. Your choice. There is no in-between.

Adulthood is about ferreting out what in life is shades of grey and what is black and white. I am still lousy at filtering all this wonder through the dark strainer of my mind. It doesn't have to be this way for you, though.
