One inaccuracy is pretty glaring: The Spartans are naked to the waist in the battle scenes. Come on! They wore armor to this battle. They needed to wear armor to this battle. If they didn't wear armor to the battle, they could never have hoped to hold out as long as they did. Frank Miller's art has them not wearing the armor. I can't understand why.
