What I can do
In order to try and stave off the anxiety that is bothering me, I have memorized a verse from Proverbs:
"An anxious heart weighs a man down, but a kind word cheers him up."
Proverbs 12:25

Why are you anxious? Because of the new job? You'll be great!
I still don't have an offer letter in hand and I am not likely to until Monday (earliest). Of course, that makes me nervous, but I could always stay here.
